The Crafted Scone

Stopped by this place for coffee. Once we saw the scones and avocado toast we had to try! I got the French lavender latte with almond milk and classic avocado toast. My daughter got the raspberry white mocha with a strawberry scone. It’s pricy but you can do a one and done. The avocado toast was delicious. The touch of micro greens gave it a fresh taste. The scone was good, moist on the inside and was sweet. My latte was good and had a great espresso balance. Recommend to try but with the prices it’s realistically not a place to be a regular at.

I can’t tell you enough how amazing The Crafted Scone is!! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this place; I was walking around downtown Temecula with scones in mind, but I had absolutely no clue I would stumble upon this spot! I was in town for a haircut (Austin at the Artisan Parlor!) and wanted to grab something for Mother’s Day. When I saw The Crafted Scone, my jaw dropped—the selection, their friendliness and the atmosphere is seriously unmatched! I took home five of the most amazing scones; earl grey, vanilla bean, maple, double-chocolate, and blueberry. The Crafted Scone has the moistest, fluffiest scones you could ask for with the most creative, best-balanced, sweet *and* savoury flavours! My mom said the earl grey was hands-down the best scone she’s ever had, and I whole-heartedly agree (except my favourite had to be the vanilla bean)! I’m so happy I found The Crafted Scone, and I can’t wait to go back to try their espresso flight!

A must stop if you are in Old Town Temecula. Wonderful atmosphere and ambiance. The pastries are amazing. Highly recommend the lemon cake. The coffee is excellent as well. There is a small parking lot attached to this building as well as street parking if you can find it. The staff was very helpful, and they will custom make your coffee order as requested.

While it may seem as if they’ve become extinct during this current era, they still surround us (but often require us to maintain an open heart and mind in order to receive them). The Crafted Scone is certainly a believer in small kindnesses. What, is it the Christmas season already? Or is today “Be Kind To Other Humans Day?” Either way, you’re bound to benefit from a little infusion of giddy-up in your step when you visit this place. Sure, a visit here is warranted (if for no other reason than the positivity), but have you gandered at their scones? During our visit the featured flavors included: Cranberry Orange, Double Chocolate, Lavender Lemon, Cherry Almond, Salted Vanilla Brown Butter, Apple Cinnamon Crumb, and Almond Coconut. We had ours warmed before we enjoyed them and although I never considered myself “a scone guy”, I’m beginning to wonder if I may have been wrong about that. Feeling adventurous? I highly recommend this place. We got two scones, one sweet strawberry cheesecake, the other one an egg. The strawberry one was moist and full of flavor, the egg scone was amazing. They baked the egg in the middle topped it with cheese, sausage, and green chilis. -also they had a gluten-free option! I didn’t try it, but definitely thought of some family members.

I met up with my friend for breakfast at The Crafted Scone in Old Town Temecula. I had the Classic Avocado Toast with Bacon and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. The Avocado Toast was delicious and the perfect amount. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was made with just the right amount of sweetness. If I had more room I would have tried the scones because they looked delicious! I will definitely be back for more. The staff is friendly, the environment is casual, and the facility is clean. They also had a small section of merchandise for purchase like cute coffee mugs, blank recipe books, etc.

This place is wonderful! I've been to all 3 locations, all slightly different, but each has the same amazing scones (savory and sweet), specialty tea and coffees, and helpful service. It's one of my favorite finds.
